Goodbye Rosie

We adopted Rosie almost exactly 8 years ago when she was already 12. It took her quite a while to warm up to, well, mainly just me (and even then she often gave me a hard time).

We were buddies through the pandemic. I spent so many hours with Rosie on my lap, playing Animal Crossing and watching Star Trek. And like me, she loved ice cream.

I loved the freckle in her right eye.

I miss her already.
